I dont know how to program my pro94 - Radio Shack Pro-94 Scanner

These people could be hacking into your phone's main database and installing a temporary "text plus" program, but making it not show up on your phone's app list. I don't know how to get rid of this temporary program, you should consult a cell phone manufacturer.

You need to press the 2 and 9 keys and hold them in while you power the scanner on. Once you do that the display should show CLEAR for about 5 seconds while it completes the reset function.

To RESET your scanner:

- Power the unit OFF
- Press and hold the 2 and 9 keys while you power the unit ON
- "CLEAR" will flash on the display for about 5 seconds as the scanner clears and resets itself.
- Do not power the unit OFF until the CLEAR message stops flashing

NOTE: This procedure will clear (erase) all data that you have programmed into it, so be prepared to reprogram everything.

Listening in since the 60's

I dont know what kind you have,but all program about the same way. Lets say you have a digital, look to see if there is a switch in the back,push pro. means program, knowing what freq.you want. Or you can push scan, with your squelch turned down till no noise is heard,when you hear the station you want.push program button. thats all it is to it, but like i say ,dont know what kind it is. .....hope this helps.......

Have you tried new batteres, or plugged in the external power supply?? Also, try plugging/unplugging the external connector because it may have dirty terminals inside. Good luck!
