Error code 0141 how to solve this error

Error Code 0141 means no drive detected.
If that's your problem then you should take out the harddrive out and try it on another laptop or buy an external enclosure.
You can get them for $10
If it won't run on another computer that means the harddrive is bad but if it does run then it means you have a serious issue within the laptop componants.

you should have stopped using it first...get the battery out and have it dry in an airconditioned room for several days...I know you can't afford that..water is a sort of conductor and it short-circuits sensitive electronics.

The hard drive has failed. If you're in warranty, contact Dell for a warranty replacement of the drive - it's a customer-replaceable part.

This error message tells you the the computer cannot detect the Harddrive. You might need to open the computer and check all the cable connceting to the harddrive. Try to reset the cable. You might need to run a HDD test also to determine the problem. If everything is checked and you are getting the same error message then it is already time to replace the harddrive.
