Before go, the standby/power LED will blink to a certain times, and these blinks are called blinking codes, and are fault indications. HI, this is the result of an unstable power sector in this unit. the fly back is malfunctioning and, you will need to replace it asap. i will list the part number below and a link to a site as well. you can purchase this part on-line if you wish.
