When controller says ready to start you must press display select button then hidden left button which you can feel as a raised
arrea under the membrane between the display select button and the orange ringed centre button. the screen should say checking machine a nd then ready to start if it has reset. if it comes up with line pressure then you must get back to ready to start and repeat method. this assumes the compressor has the SE Controller with green LCD screen

Master reset / Service complete for Ingersoll Rand Intellisys Nirvana v2.63 VFD controller

Performing a master reset or service complete on an Ingersoll Rand Intellisys Nirvana v2.63 VFD controller typically requires a specific code, which may only be provided by an authorized Ingersoll Rand technician or service center. However, you can try the following steps as a workaround:
  1. Press the "ESC" button to enter the main menu.
  2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Utilities" option and press "Enter".
  3. Navigate to the "Service Complete" option and press "Enter".
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter any required information and confirm the service complete process.
  5. If the alarm continues to go off after attempting the service complete process, you may need to contact Ingersoll Rand or a qualified technician for further assistance.
It is important to note that attempting to perform a master reset or service complete without proper training or authorization can be dangerous and may cause damage to the equipment. It is always best to consult with an authorized technician or service center for assistance with these procedures.

Ingersoll Rand Intellisys NTLS100-200HP part# 39825716 will not go into auto restart

That could be a programming issue or that specific function of the Intellisys controller can go bad. There are companies that you can send the Intellsiys to for repair.

I'm working on a Ingersoll rand 100HP stationary compressor with an intellisys 39875158 controller.

Make sure the model of your compressor is design for 160psi if not the main motor trip off and safe valve pop. Goto Main Menu, Operator setpoint+select, Offline/Online+select, arrow up and down to change value.
