I think that is not problem with your printer, that is cause paper was moist. and sticky. solution make the paper became warm (put on the warm place or don't use air conditioner in this room)
this happens with me sometimes when my phone battery is empty and i connect it to the charge what i do is just remove the battery from the phone then put it again and it should work normally
Upma I have experienced this before and if the phone has been damp by body heat or other moisture then it does do this. try drying it out with a hairdrier on a cool setting. then leave it to dry properly for a couple of days in a warm NOT HOT place. the keypad will start to work and the battery will settle as well. let me know how this goes. t1m0thy

As the phone was not in use for a while, most probably, there is chance that moisture can enter the phone according to your area. So try to get it cleaned through a service center.ur phone will become allright.
