My USB flash drive was infected by trojan horse (autorun-EL[trj]) what should i do to delete this thing.!!

you have to stop Autorun feature of your
windows which kicks in when we connect any new storage device first,
then you will be able to format the drive and start fresh.

VIRUS OR TROJAN INFECTIONS:

If the pen drive is not detected at all, or shows a less capacity, then there are high chances that its a chip corruption. Flash chips are the actual hardware components that save the data.
