Hi, If you have already contacted customer support from DIRECT T.V. and they could not help ( that is to say give you a universal remote code), It's quite possible a universal remote code is not provided by SOYO. Unfortunately in is quite common for import t.v. manufacturers to NOT supply their remote controls code. This ensures the sales of replacement remote sales!
