10. You will find four casters (Figure B) and a dolly (Figure C) with your wet/dry vacuum. Assemble as follows:
11. If the casters are not already installed in dolly, insert casters into bottom of dolly by placing stem of caster into holes provided. Ap-
ply pressure and twisting motion until casters snap into place (Figure 1).
12. With cord disconnected from receptacle and tank cover removed, turn tank upside down so that bottom is facing up.
Look at the CRT driver board inside and remove all screws including the cover of that board.
Then rotate the CRT board in reverse position to apply a voltage data.
Power on the TV to start a voltage data.Use a multimeter (range on DC) then place your black prob(-) to the ground of the TV and the other one is place on the B+ that usually found on the 3rd pin of the ply-back transformer.Check the B+ voltage if you have a 100-120vdc.
I'm sure you have the B+ voltage because your TV is not totally dead.Check the reading of the B+ if it is flickering.
If the B+ voltage is flickering and you hear a clicking sound, try to hang the connection of the B+ to the fly-back then look at the reading if still flickered or stable. If the reading is stable when the B+ connection is hang. You have to replace the ply-back because it is shorted.
And finally after you replace the ply-back.Power it ON.
NOTE: If you don't have any basic knowledge about electronics and proper usage of the electronic repair kit such as multimeter, soldering iron and screw driver. Please don't attempt repair it on your own because it causes major damaged to the unit.
I hope this solution will be much helpful.Thank you and good luck.
If your TV don't have heater at AFC.Try to check first the B+ voltage on the ply-back transformer if you have 110vdc.Use a multimeter tester (range on DC) then place the black test prob (-) to the ground of the TV and the other one is on the B+ pin of the ply-back transformer that usually found on the 3rd pin.
If you don't have a B+ supply, try to look at the power supply section and check some open resistor and shorted transistor and also look for the fuse if busted.
If you have supply voltage on B+,you should know if the ply-back have oscillation.Normally it have a humming sound if the ply-back is oscillated and test the secondary of the ply-back using multimeter tester (range on AC).
If the fly-back have oscillation and the heater still no supply check the resistor that comes directly from the secondary of the fly-back it usually have 5 to 7 volts ac.and replace it with the same value and wattage.
I hope this solution will be helpful.Thank you and good luck.
Try to check the base of the horizontal output if have a signal from the chroma or jungle i.c it should have 5-7vac to trigger the high voltage. If no voltage try to hang it and check again if the voltage appear while you hang it,your ply-back got partially defects replace it with the same type and ratings. Next,if you already hang the base of h-out and still no voltage on it and the chroma i.c is new.Trace the line from the base of h-out to the chroma/jungle i.c.Test the parts that pass through that line such as open/change value resistors.
I hope this solution will be helpful.Thank you I'm very glad to share my idea.Good luck.
Cut the balance bar off until the pins are exposed. Use some pliers and squeeze the pin out and then put the new balance bar back on and put the pin back in.
I did it this way without the tool kit, my balance bar was already broken so it wasn't an issue to cut it. It worked for me, I am flying it right now.
what kind of ipod is it? and how old is it? becuase the new ones (like 4 or 5 years newer then there is an option the the ipod itself to to reset the ipod back to factory settings, which will erase everything on the ipod including music, and be just like a new ipod.
no epoxy is not enough
you need to insulate the floor use sheet unsulation it comes in 4x8 and then sheet over it with ply wood like a 5/8 ply seal arround the edges with a good indoor our door silicone then use epoxy th seal the ply
by simply sealing the floor you will get loss and make your pump work 3-4 times as hard using 3-4 times the hydro witch means more money over the long haul
spend some time and cash now or spend a lot of cash later.
