My mid tablet pc model wm8650, Android OS 2.2, kernel 2.6.32, build number V1.2.3 Will start up. I hear I buzzing sound I get a picture of a little green android. And nothing else no homepage it does nothing but that's it what do I do. I have even held the power button for over 60 seconds and got nothing. I got it to work only one time and I forgot what I did can you please help me desperate. This is my email [email protected]

Please follow the steps below to correct the problem.

1. Press and hold the on button. Keep it down.

2. At the same time, keep a finger on the screen.

3. Keep watching and you might see a slight change of color on the screen.

4. Hold it down for 15 seconds or more. Be patient.

5. You should get the battery icon or the system will just reboot.

6. Once you get the battery icon, you're set. Just press the on button for 10 seconds and the tablet will shutdown.

7. Now power up as normal to reboot.

Is it charged, does it charge properly? It may just be dead.
