I have the brother cts-410-es corded phone.the problem is that i can get outside calls but i cant dail from the phone.

Your handset cord may be messed up, or it may not work with that phone. Make sure that the cord is not plugged into the headset port.

The Nortel and any other of PBX come with the voice mail, and you configure the voice mail as a phone ring.... If you can not pick up your phone in 3 time of ring then automatically your phone transfer on Voice mail and there as you setup..........In voice mail it asked which number you want to call and say the details Example: - Dail 1 to Drawing Room Dial 2 for Dinning Hall Dial 3 for Bed Room..


You just configure you voice mail system and solve you problem.

check if you have the ethernet cord conencted correctly from router to VOIP phone
and also check if you have internet conection

check ur phone wire on inside.if they r fully plugged in...then it is an outside wiring issue.i had the same problem,and i had 2 raise cain with my phone company until they acted!they finally shimmied up on the pole and replaced the outside wires & now my phone works really good!

Sim card may be damaged. call your provider to have a replacement sent out.

IS THE PHONE LINE PLUGGED IN TO THE RIGHJT JACK YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK THIS OUT FIRST GOOD LUCK BROTHER TECH

Check the cor and cos setting of the phone It shold have the permissions to call outside

make sure you have a dial tone by plugging a different phone into the jack. then make sure you have it plugged into the jack on the fax that says line.

What voicemail do you all have? When you log into the voicemail (intercom 777) it says, welcome to.........
