BIOS will normally have settings for how to Wake the computer. Make sure you have the settings correct for your system.

It will not work, DDR3 is different fitment to DDR2

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 (Intel® GMA 3150) and Integrated Intel® NM10 Express is using the same graphic drivers for OS Win7. (Same chipset)
