this is gotta be the largest complaint I hear from folks when they get a new flat screen , its not loud enough or the sound sounds muffled

flat screens are flat ! so theres no good way for mfg to put the speakers facing forward so sound has to hit the wall behind it first then gets directed forward to you ! (low/muffled)

sound bars help with this , but for true rich sound , id go with a video receiver amp combo , some of these even have built in dvd players , and arrange its speakers in a forward facing direction

The only thing you can do is to find a replacement screen. The part number should be on the back side of the screen when you open it up.

Did u call Netflix Help dest?

Make sure the red white and yellow cords are in correct place

replace main board.

Plug the Prpl av jack in the prpl av jack receptical on the back of the TV. That should fixya.

You need a scart to hdmi cable..

I had the same problem for a few days with my samsung tv which is the main reason why I am posting this solution though I am sure you, dvought, have found a solution by now. Hopefully. for all you other folks out there who have just made a desperate search on the internet like myself to solve this problem and have a cable box/satellite connect, please check your picture size settings for the cable box and change it from zoom back to normal. once i did this i was able to see all the writing and sports scores that were previously not showing before because they were cut off.
