Could be fan itself,fuse on top of the battery or fan modul located under battery

Heater fan only blows on low speed

Just straight to the point, that is the sensor problem. just check this 2 sensor. ITS- INTERIOR TEMPARATURE SENSOR, OTS-outside temparature sensor. the sensor is faulty. couldnt get the reading and translater to ECU. so ecu didnt work on it.

AC/Heater blower fan stops blowing air into the cabin when I accelerate.

Usually a vac leak. I would check for a leak in the HVAC control system and the line thru the firewall to the engine.

That means no fan. So check the fuses, try different fan speeds.
