I just own loaded iOS 7 onto my I-Pad 2 & I hate it. Is there a way to remove it?

This all depends on which iPod you have ....
IOS7 is only compatible with:

iPhone 4

iPhone 4S

iPhone 5

iPad 2

3rd generation iPad with Retina

4th generation iPad with Retina

iPad Mini

5th generation iPod touch

So if you do not have one of these you cannot install IOS7.
