I believe you need to have a voice mail to receive calls, just set it up and have a prerecorded voice mail. I have the same phone and it wouldnt let anyone call me tell the voice mail was set up
Have you checked to see if your bluetooth function might have been turned on? if so try turning that off. If not this will always fix the problem, "Master Reset". I went to "Settings," "Other Settings," "Initial Setup," "Master Reset" and put in the security code. "1234" is the security code if you have not reset yours. Put this in and you have set the phone back to the original settings. You will not lose your phone book entries with the "Master Reset." Cali
Your carrier has the SPC code or another way of master reset for you. Just remember to have your EIN # serial # and all the info behind the battery of your phonr for the tech dept.
