Krups Essenza Auto XN 2140 handle stuck down with capsule still inside

you can only remove the capsule from the capsule holder by means of piercing from under were coffee normally comes out .that is not to say that if the Circolo is not auto.
if the machine is auto then it may be that the director motor or gear of director motor is slipt or broken

OK fill the tank and only use water press the small cap botton and after 5 seconds stop the machein and do the same again untill the pump gets the water into the system

at the back of the capsule holder there is a metal that correspond
with the sensor sow your problem is the sensor is not finding the capsule holder at the and of the capsule holder do you see the magnit if not replace and try agian

Turn the machine off and unplug it from the wall for 10 seconds. It may just have a capsule stuck inside. Doing this will get the machine to eject any capsules when it is turned back on.

My Nespresso lever won't push back and it won't produce any coffee from capsule that is stuck in machine.

Sounds like a defect in the main board. Call Krups customer support for what the options are in replacing the machine. This is not caused by yourself.

It's not supposed to make holes in the capsule until the water comes through. So, basically, when you put the capsule in, it pierces the capsule in three spots, on the top. The aluminum part will not pierce until you press the button and water comes through. If water is not coming through, then you can clear the air bubble by opening the lever on top of the machine, pressing the coffee button, and then closing the lever once the water begins to come through.
