I have a phone thru cellular one. Was advised to download this app to my phone. I did my phone screen had to be replaced and i don't have sim card for the textes i recived to retrieve these texts. Need to find out how to retreive these text without sim card in phone. This is very important and need these blocked text for court. Mine would do the same thing. What you need to do is turn the unit off and it should go into demo mode. There is an option for "reverse mode on or off" make sure it is turned off. I beleive you will have to hit the band button to change it.

You will need to download a software called mobile phone tools to get this done. You will also need a data cable or a bluetooth dongle on your PC so that you can connect the phone. http://www.bvrp.com/ENG/products/
After downloading and installing the above software follow these steps to transfer the msgs to PC.
Open Mobile Phone Tools
Press F3 (for transferring messages from outbox) or Press F4 (for transferring from inbox)
Select messages you want to transfer
Select EXPORT
Choose format/destination. I would recommend txt format as it is real quick.
