I would imagine having reinforced floor for the weight, drains for defrosting, and cooling lines are a minimum. If the box sweats, you need mildew protection and clearance to circulate air over the box. Commercial units may use 220Volt power.

Big part will be if rollers are on bottom. If none, you are looking at forklift type carrier. Quite possible unit would be installed by removing exterior wall and inserting box, then replacing wall. You have to consider a minimum 8 foot opening which kinda limits moving through most interiors.

Are you not able to attach it to your machine or does the walking foot not work properly once it is attached?

The number should fit your machine unless someone inadvertently sent you the wrong foot.

If it attaches but doesn't "walk" when you sew, then it is not installed correctly. Be sure the needle clamp screw is "inside" the C-shaped lever of the walking foot. Hint: it helps to tilt the walking foot when installing in order to get it in the correct position for attachment as well as getting the C-clamp around the needle clamp screw.

Brother sewing machine LX 2500
Walking feet attach much the same way on most machines. They can be boogers the first couple of times. It helps to tilt the foot and guide it toward the needlebar from the side in order to get the fork (if your foot has a fork--some just have a bar that sets on top of the needleclamp screw) around the needleclamp screw. In cases of extreme frustration, I've removed the needleclamp screw and then reattached it once the foot is in place.

Just use patience. If frustrated, walk away. Whatever, do not force or bend the foot in order to install.

Washing machine walks
The problem MAY be fixed. I went to http://www.fixya.com/support/t14304-washing_machine_walks_across_floor , made sure shipping bolts were out, then discovered nuts that clamp the feet were loose. They are now tight with unit re-leveled. Testing is in progress.
