You're owner's guide/manual will have the instructions; if you don't have a manual, go to the manufacturer's website to download it or try online manual libraries.

If it is able to do that it will be explained in the owner manual.

Either call Panasonic customer service with that model number or Google the model with "manual" for the book.

Panasonic would be your best bet.

If you press "convection" the oven works just like a regular oven except that the element is on top. In "microwave" it works like a microwave oven. All you have to do is decide which mode you want to use and then punch in the time and hit "start". The glass plate is not really a necessity as long as you make sure there is a load in the oven when you are "microwaving".

Most major manufacturers supply manuals online so if you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, you may be pleasantly surprised as usually, if available, one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, Dealer Network for spare part supplies and Driver downloads (if applicable) as required.
