I expect that some of the digit in that particular cellphone is not working. if you want to clean your key pad then you need to open it. removed the battery cover, the battery, back cover, untill you see the 6 screws that holds the front cover. Removing the screw will automatically remove the front cover and will show you the key pad. if you want to check the digit which is not working then you fix the battery and holding it firmly press the power On button. assuming that you already know what digit is not working then you can proceed by removing the plastic cover of the keypad and by using pencil eraser you can clean it.. from 0 - 9....

There are reasons why your phones keypad is not working, first, have you tried re aligning your keypad if it fits exactly on the button, also, you may try pressing the keys without the keypad tofind out if the problem is just on the keypad or on the phones hardware already. Also, the keypads functionality may affect if it had a water spill or had dropped previuosly.

Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3
keys; Green dial key, *
Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press
the power on/off to

Try removing the battery for about 30 seconds. Your battery could also be almost dead and need replacement - especially if it's more than a year old. You can get replacement batteries very cheap on ebay.
