Pump issue. There is not much you can do but try spaying silicone into pump output port to loosen up the bypass and load valves. If no glory you need a new pump.

Have you tried servicing the motor. Fresh air filter, new fuel filter and a fresh spark plug? That will help narrow down what the problem could be.

Dxpw3025 motor drops rpm when triggers pulled

Look at the size of your spray nozzle, it may be too small causing excessive back pressure and thus excessive strain on your engine. Your nozzle should be a 3.0. If you are using the 25 degree nozzle for example, it should say 2503 on the side of the nozzle.

Pressure washer stalls out when wand nozzle is released

Remove the hose and run the machine. If the machine works and the flow of water is ok. Start checking the hose for a restriction and trigger. Make sure this is correct before you start taking the pump to bits

Need help in getting Honda engine on NorthStar pressure washer to run.

Could be low water pressure I have found.
Also, I purchased a can of "stuff" at Lowes today which allows you to circulate a liquid substance which lubricates the pressure pump....the pump could be frozen up...
I have a rotating nozzle which I bought...and it had frozen up...this stuff works

Devilbis Excell pressure washer with Honda engine runs smoothly without wand, but stalls when wand is attached.

If the pressure unloader is not working correctly and/or the nozzle is partially clogged with debris, the engine will be overtasked. Try lowering the pressure by turning the pressure knob to lowest setting and test. If the engine continues to run, gradually increase the pressure. Try using the washer set to about 75% of rated capacity and use max pressure for stubborn stains. Using any machine at max will shorten the life of components. If lowering pressure does not help, then unloader is faulty or stuck. Try storing the unit with oil in the pump. Remove both hoses and infuse oil into water inlet intill all the water is displaced (let set for day or two). Good luck

Pressure Washer Engine will not stay running

My Kracher 2500 pressure washer has no pressure unless I remove the nozzle. If, I remove the nozzle and pump the trigger several times and quickly replace the nozzle it works fine until I release the trigger. Karcher (online) suggested I remove and clean the unloader which I did. It still doesn't work correctly. What another solution?

Pressure washer stalls out when wand nozzle is released

common for not starting unless trigger engaged as you are turning the pump as well as engine creating pressure,as for stalling pump has unloader valve which is probably in need of grease(use good silicone grease)this allows water to ciculate when trigger released.
