To activate call waiting (network service),
select Menu > Settings and Calling > Call > Call waiting...3...To end both calls, select Options > End all calls......

Hello Bro this is the software problem update it. Upadation may solve this problem for update ur phone software go to setting /phone management/software upadate or you can also update it from nokia.com from PC or any service center of nokia also provide this for free if in warrenty ok??
