Turn the breaker off that supplies the power to the oven for 5 minutes to allow the computer to reset. If this doesn't work you my have a bad board.

SOURCE: Oven has power; wont heat

It's mounted on the rear of the oven. First, turn off the circuit breaker, then the oven must be removed and the back panel taken off to access the TOD (thermal overload device). Its mounted right flat against the oven rear panel, with one large red wire attached on each end. If the TOD is open, that means the rear of the oven got too hot or the TOD failed (its a safety device). You can connect the two wires together and insulate with electrical tape, restore power and test the heaters to make sure the TOD is actually the problem. They haven't ever solved this problem...the most current answer is to replace the TOD with a new one, but bend the mounting tabs so that when the new part is installed, there is a space between the TOD and the oven sheet metal about the thickness of a dime. Then reassemble and reinstall the oven.

My new oven just keeps getting hotter and hotter. I think the thermostat dont work.

Hi, you guessed right. You need to replace the thermostat which is in charge of regulating the heat in the oven.

Take care

Temp cycle span from on to off is 32 and 33 degrees respectvly

Obviously the thermostat calibration is out, most manufactures allow a tolerance of + or- 10%, so yours is outside this range.
You can compensate by setting the temperature lower by say 20 degrees, this will then bring it within accepted tolerances.
Hope this helps you.
