Go to the Evenflo Site. Hit PRODUCT SUPPORT and scroll to the bottom. In the middle you will see Product Instructions. Click it. Then put in your Model number and Date of Mfg. The page that opens is a parts order form but in the middle is a $0.00 charge PDF file of both the stroller and Car seat instructions. Try this link if you can. It may take you right to it. You can try this Link, it will lead you to a .pdf manual to save/print/read. Explanation about washing/detaching and attaching the fabric on page 9 "removing the seat pad".
if this is the stroller that you have then you want to just throw it away or something because it was recalled a long time ago! I could not find any information on it about being recalled but I had the same stroller and the lady at Walmart told me about the recall and I took mine back with no problems! I found a picture of part of the stroller so that you can tell if it is the same one or not!

website. In order to find the correct list for your exact stroller, you
will need the model # and manufacture date (these should be on a
sticker or tag on your stroller). After entering the information into
the correct area on the link (which is embedded into the text in the
first sentence), you will be able to see what replacement parts are
available for your stroller and order from there.
check the label on the back of seat and find model and date. My Evenflo Aura( same as on the picture above) was model # 1782478 and the date of product was 081706.
