Do you mean Interner Explorer? If it is so, uninstall Internet Explorer, then reboot, download Internet Explorer and install. I recommend to download Google Chrome and Use it to browse the internet instead Internet Explorer.

Download rtl120 bpl

Have you installed TuneUp as well? If so you need to re-install. That will solve - then un-install as it\'s garbage. No tune up utility works.

How do i get a download fro the application rtl120.bpl. It says i need to install to fix errors?

I have no idea how to download rtl120.bpl. Spybot wants me to delete and redownload Spybot 1.6.2, but that would wipe out the malware in the Recovery files of Spybot 1.6.2, so I'll just continue to delete the error message on boot up.

What is rtl120.bpl. A box appeared whenever I start my PC, asking me to re-install rtl120.bpl. I am confused.? re-install rtl120.bpl. Lost Adnanced System care at the same time ?

The error could be connected to the advanced system care. Have you uninstalled any protective software lately?
It would seem that as the computer is starting it is trying to load a program that is either corrupt or missing, generally a program like reg cleaner or other utility program.
If its a case you have removed a program, try installing it and see if that works.
Get another copy of the advanced sys care program and reinstall that.
If this doesn't work, get back to me.
