Razor blade to pop open the back. Remove the battery. Replace. Snap the back into place. This is easy if you arent worried about a watch that isn't worth much and didn't cost much. Don't get suckered into these services and click bait.

Press and hold "MODE". Press MODE 2 times (after the first time, the alarm time flashes, after the 2nd time, the second flashes). Press ADJ to change seconds. Press ST/STP to switch from seconds to minute. Press ADJ to change minutes. Then press ADJ to change hours. Press MODE when done.
