My HP OfficeJet 7310 / Windows 7 / Office 2007 prints only the top two inches of all Excel files created on my old XP computer. Everything else prints fine. The Excel files print fine to other printers. If I copy the contents of the spreadsheet and paste into a blank Excel sheet, the new sheet prints fine.

in excel sheet please change the page size to A3 and try to print ..... if you are using office 2007 go to page layout then go to size icon there change the page size to A3 and check .......... if you are facing the same problem please post your comment ............. while you giving print please select the document which one you want to print ..........

I also had this problem, through trial and error I found that if you go into File, Page setup in excel then the Page tab, make sure the print quality is set to 600 dpi. Once I did that it printed correctly.
