Speed queen heavy duty has problem leaving some oil/grease spots on clothes, for a couple of years now. Now the past two days the agitation and spin cycle sounded out of balance, but when I rearranged the clothing inside it did not help. Now today when I did a load of clothes, when they were done spinning, I open the lid to find them sopping wet. Respun them and opened the lid a little to find if was spinning them out and it was completely still but the moter was trying to spin. Help please.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME MODEL WASHER FOR 3 MONTHS AND AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. FROM THE BEGINNING IT HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH GETTING OFF BALANCE. TODAY I NOTICED SOMETHING BLACK UNDERNEATH THE WASHER. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WTIH THIS WASHER AND I HAVE READ AT LEAST TWO SIMILAR REVIEWS WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS. I AM HOPING THEY WILL GIVE ME A NEW WASHER.
