You can unlock a Nokia E5 using unlock code. You can get the unlock code from your network provider or from any reliable online site. Before that you can visit www.mobileunlockguide.com this site provides free unlocking instruction guide. This would help you understand unlocking process better.

Hi there! i got an error message that says "file corrupted" every time i go to options for the contacts after selecting a specific person's name..please help! thanks!

I see, Have you tried rebooting your phone? rebooting your phone will help because it is the only way to refresh the system.

To hard reset your Nokia E5 you just have to press *#7370# and press Dial. The phone will request the security code that is by default 12345. Please be aware that you will loose all the data in your phone, so you should backup all relevant information.
If you want to soft reset your Nokia E5 you need to press *#7780# and then Dial. The security code is 12345. Once you complete this, your phone will come back to factory settings, but you will not loose personal data. Anyway it is recommended to make a backup before performing any of the mentioned procedures.

Sincerely,

How can I open my Packet data?I'm from the Philippines

Packet Data is the information sent to your phone through the cell tower when you are accessing the Internet. The "Packet Data' that is sent to your phone is converted from electronic signals to what you view on your phone's screen as Internet pages. There is no reason to 'see' the data as it is not sent in a written language but sent in computer code instead. The phone then converts the data to internet pages - or sometimes programs or apps.

If you are referring to 'programs or apps' that have been sent to your phone with 'packet data' you should be able to see them in your 'Messages' folder. Once programs or apps are sent to your phone, your phone should automatically ask you if you wish to install them. If you do, just click either, yes or install.

But, to answer your question, there is really no way for you to 'see' the electronic signals called 'Packet Data.'
