Answer the security questions on the next few pages.
You will usually have to answer at least two security
questions.
Enter a new password and repeat the password when prompted.
Click the "Next" button to finalize the

3. If same problem occurs using different computer that is connected to the same network, run a path ping or trace route in the command prompt for Yahoo to see if there's a network issue.
