<SCRIPT language=JavaScript>

document.write("<OBJECT ID=\"VAtCtrl\" WIDTH=800 HEIGHT=600 name=\"VAtCtrl\"");
document.write(" CLASSID=CLSID:210D0CBC-8B17-48D1-B294-1A338DD2EB3A");
document.write(" CODEBASE=\"/VatDec.cab#version=1,0,0,51\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"VSize\" VALUE=\"SIF\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"Language\" VALUE=\"en\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"Deblocking\" VALUE=\"true\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"DisplayTimeFormat\" VALUE=\"1\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"DigitalZoomEnableChk\" VALUE=\"true\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"DigitalZoomEdit\" VALUE=\"true\">");
document.write("<PARAM NAME=\"Url\" VALUE=\"http://username:password@ipaddress:port/cgi-bin/control.cgi\">");
document.write("</OBJECT>");
}
//-->
</SCRIPT>
Make the appropriate substitutions in the code for username, password, ipaddress and port.
The DCS-6620 is not a USB device. It is a network device.
USB DEVICES THE PROPER WAY ON INSTALLING USB DEVICES 1. Do not plug in your device right away. Install all drivers and software first! 2. Reboot 3. Plug the power or turn on your USB Device 4. Plug in the USB Port. 5. Windows Will detect the Device Automatically. Finish! Hope this helps.

Usually answered in minutes!
no picture will pan and zoom but no picture
All aspects work except for live video. A snap shot picture works fine. It would appear the perhaps the Active X is not working. The software tries to access the camera and then nothing displays. This is on a Vista computer with all the latest updates and the latest Microsoft internet Explorer.
Anyone else experience this?
Exactly the same problem on all my computers.
Exactly the same problem!
It happened after I did a reset on the advanced settings in IE7.
I think it has something to do with an Active-X plugin that needs to be reinstalled. I would like to know if anyone finds the solution.
