I have a problem to scan a local channel in Indonesia area with my lcd monitor hyundai L19T

is your lcd in english? what do you mean you ccant find indonesia on the menu? are you looking for the language or the indonesian channel? well if your looking for the language you should go the settings menu and go to language..from there try to find indonesia and enter, then the language will be indonesian..or if your wondering why you cant scan the channels on your lcd..you should try settings menu again and go to the channel set up..find auto scan and click it..then your lcd should be scanning and remembering all the channels thats been scanned, but before you do the scanning make sure that your antenna or your cable provider is connected to your tv..otherwise you wont scan anything

Hyundai L19T lcd monitor. Monitor powers up but power indicator light keep blinking and display image just blinking too. What may cause that?

Sounds like you have some bad electrolytic capacitors.
If you are tech savvy, open up the unit and look for capacitors that have bulging tops or leaking electrolyte / bulging at the bottom and replace any/all that look like this.
In most cases, this will fix you right up quick.
It's the right age for this to be the most likely issue.
The capacitors will be near the power input and the inverter stages of the circuitry.

Power supply has shut down, with the power -on LED flashing on and off. It rather looks as if the power supply is trying to start up and then immediately shuts down.

what system is it connected to laptop or desktop? if a laptop try using the Fn+ Monitor buttton ...it may be in a different mode .. if desktop try another monitor if it works then the issue is something else or if it still does not work then it could be a loose video card try reseating the Video card

Entire image shifted

Press the Select/Auto button. The monitor will then automatically adjust to match the incoming signal and will save that setting in the internal memory of the monitor.
