Most amps do a "power up" where all the lights can come on, then settle into "green light" or some sort of "ready status" light comes on. The red or yellow lights can indicate "protection mode" (a bad amp) and green is the universal signal for okay. - So try this - Double check your connections and the amp. Pay close attention to the settings on the amp before you declare it not working. I have had many amps (especially newer ones) cause problems from a simple switch that was in the wrong position. Be sure to use good power and audio cables matched to your amps capabilities with good strong grounds on a clean non-painted metal surface. If all is in order from there start checking your signal from the deck to the amp. You can also check manufactures website for the manual, (if you didn't get one) looking at it may give a clue about proper switch configurations and hook-ups. Its seems you picked a nice amp that also has some unique features so make sure to read the owners manual thoroughly. I'v left some highlights here for you to look at and hopefully get you in the right direction.

- the reference to speaker impedance. This is very important so get a voltmeter and double check your subwoofer(s). From what I can tell, it seems that your amp will not function unless it sees the correct impedance load from your subs. It will however show a "green light" indicating it is ready for use.
The correct load should be
"The total impedance of the speaker
system connected to a BP Series
amplifier must be at least 1 ohm."
I looked through the manual and found another instance that may cause problems-
When using the speaker-level
inputs, it is not necessary to connect a
wire between the “remote” terminal of
the amplifier and the “remote” lead from
the source unit. The speaker-level inputs
will sense voltage on the speaker
outputs and turn the amplifier on
automatically.
Be sure to look over this part in great detail as well, some setups actually won't power the amp unless it sees an audio signal. I strongly believe you have a working amp and you just need to address these issues before getting on your way. Not to mention the amp a is very nice one, and I found several great recommendations written on this amp while doing research for your answer.

Alrighty then lets start with the subs and work our way to the head unit. So...... how many subs rated at how many ohms do you have? According to your manual your amp needs to see at least 1ohm(s) to work. You're going to have to get a voltmeter and check the resistance at the subs in order to determine how to wire them together. If all four subs are rated at 4 ohms you could wire each of them in parallel and they would equal 1ohm. But since they are different from each other you'll need to pay close attention to the lower power subs to make sure they don't blow up. Keep in mind your amp may not work unless it sees a 1ohm load. - So either way I would hook them all up to determine if the amp works. If your subs ratings are different from 4 ohms each you'll have to do the math to figure out how to wire them. If you don't know how to do this, I can, but I'll still need you to get the ohm rating of each sub to me and then I will tell you how to wire them to get your amp to work.
As far as your 1gauge wire, it will not hook up directly to your amp. Not a big deal but you'll need to go out and get a distribution block and use it to wire your amp(s).
Also check your Head unit to make sure the sub woofer is turned on. The Pioneer head unit has two different menu's to control that feature, one is the normal sub control menu, and the other requires the head unit be turned off. Example- Turn the vehicle on, and when the head unit is on, turn it off by holding down the source button (sometimes it has an off button), and leave the vehicle on. You can now access the second sub woofer menu in the initial settings menu. For some reason Pioneer makes certain features only accessible from the “off” menu's!?
So at this point you have checked the subs wiring and corrected it, made sure the RCA's are connected correctly, the head unit is working and the sub woofer output is turned on. If you still have nothing at this point I would try using another amp in its place, this is a good indicator of where the fault lies but does not mean your amp is broken! It might be, but I in your case it might not be. Remember that your amp is not normal - its on/off control is a little weird. From what I can tell it is a very good idea and I'm sure there warranty department isn't very busy because of it. It may decide not to work because off an input issue, heat, impedance, shorts, power, and probably a few I'm forgetting (its almost 3am). So anyway I gave you every option I can think of except having myself look at it. If you are near by I'm sure you can find me and either way your local car audio guys might be able to figure it out if you let them.

hi there dynami ya u got it i didnt get the manual..i got a pioneer lcd screen face with 1 gauge wiring i dont see any dipsiwtches or anything on the amp it is a jbl bp1200 and aswell got nice rca wires aswell and i checked the wirirng sevral times...is testing the ground by putting it directly to the battery ok? i did so and no help

and oh ya there are two alpine type r 12" and i also had 2 mtx that are a supposid 300 w rms that i was gonna hook up and see how it goes...lol mix and matchin they were lyin around brand new in the box...they shoukld be good no?
also i bought 1 gauge wiring and the manual sais it can handle up to 4 guage is that a problem
thanks...but i went to my buddys shop undid the wiring from amp used distrubution block and all ook thanks or the help ....wierd but true after i tried doing the same several times...but yes a monter of an amp
