go straight from your motorola to each wired computer to see if its a wire.can you can login to the router through your wired computer(touchsmart) in the settings and see if all your wired devices are listed, look at the parental controls, reset the whole router to default if you can, if your DSL. try a different jack in the house, get everything off that line but the motorola. go straight from the service jack outside the house(in the grey box) if you have to
