NO, do not use the microwave with a broken door glass, this glass is specially protected to stop any dangerous microwave leakage, it is also something you cannot replace yourself, take it to a reputable service centre so that once the glass has been repaire the oven can be tested for safety purposes.

Due to the serious potential for RF leakage, these doors are normally sold as a complete unit assembled by the manufacturer. I could only find the door listed at repairclinic.com for about $80. If you wish to repair yourself, the old door comes off by opening it all the way and lifting straight up at the hinges. The door will then lift off the hinge pins. Reinstall the door new door by aligning it with the hinge pins and allow it to seat straight down. A simple repair.
