chek your speed with a comercial site that chek your speed
if the speed is fix and slow - the problem can be with the providers limits

if the speed change all the time it can be an common user area - you are sharing the internet speed with other people

it is alwas best to replace shocks/struts as a set per the axle. it seems that you have a high idle problem. the check engine light is probably related but what do you mean when you say that you "unplug the slow run sensor" that will turn the light on also.

i think u have activated internet and also activated automatic updation of time. in this case every time u set the time, ur phone connects to the internet and changes the time automatically

i think it is not true. because speed of computer depend processer and ram . u can chang high config . ram than using . it can help little make high speed. temp file can make slow so time by time we remove this file. virouse can make slow computer. if bord is short it make hang computer.

A near flat battery will cause the laptop to lose the time and date even if you change the BISO time and date, it will still lose time.
To get into the BIOS setup press F2 as you boot up the laptop.
Check the various settings and you will get to the time and date setting, follow the screen instructions to set the time and date.
I suggest you get a new battery installed before you change the time and date.

my advice take to audi for diagnostics will cost around £50 but that should include courtesy car, BARGAIN

There appears to be a short in the unit. Not sure where. The power to the fan is not interrupted completly when the fan shuts down, still feeding voltage to the fan, keeping it running slow. Before checking the wiring, please turn off power first.

go to run type msconfig, the go to startup, then uncheck the unwanted program, also run disk clean up option

you may have to much in memory and computer uses hard disk for temp memory

start/run when run comes up type in (msconfig) without ( ) go to startup and stop all except for anti virus from running all the other programs will work when you need them this will clear some memory I had one computer with over 50 in startup
