Go to sp mode press Clear Modes 107 and press Clear Stop for four seconds. Screen will change enter to SP Modes. enter 2109-1 and execute. then enter 2109-2 and execute. That should do it.

How old is your Drum? if it is due then replace the drum and replace a new developer then make a TD initialization
Everything now must be started from the scratch.
I will start fresh from the scratch but before you will start fresh
check if the toner supply system is functioning properly.
Check SP 2209 maybe somebody before you did some wrong adjustments.
Another way to troubleshoot this problem is to activate the sp 2967.
"During auto process control execution after the main switch is turned
on, the toner amount in the development unit is normally checked and
adjusted using the ID sensor. However, in some environments, such as
where there could be traces ammonia in the air, copies could appear
dirty or too dark because the ID sensor reading is not reliable".
Again..the easiest way is the simplest one:
1. Empty and vacuum the dev unit.
2.Put a new filter and a new bag of dev.
3. Run 2801 only once , run 3001-02 assuming that drum is good, blade
& brush are in PM cycle and id sensor clean, run 2962 and verify if
3901 is on...it should be.
