Baby Partner??? Is that a II release 2.0? This release 3.0 will get you in the ballpark. If that doesn't work, post back the version from the processor card and I'll find you another link.

Testimonial: "Thank you. I was able to locate it elsewhere. The "baby" partner is the version we all refer to when we "oldies" remember the 206 stand-alone module"

That one doesn't sound too good.
You could perform a reset through programming which should clear the scratch pad.
Thats done by entering programming on either ext. 10 or 11
Press feature 00 then the left hand intercom twice.
Next enter # 728, the display should say reset save all then reboot the system. If the problem is still there, then the processor is malfunctioning and will need to be replaced.
Testimonial: "A good suggestion but didn't solve the problem - my system processor probably needs to be replaced. "
Right, but to get to the Admin area, you need to log into the system administrators mailbox. That will need to be reset before you can change the AA greeting.
You can contact dstech1.com, they will reset for $55 (with a credit card). Or you can call Avaya, they will reset for $300

I'm guessing that you changed the setting in the line coverage ext program (#208) or group call distrib (#206). Make sure that the settings for the lines are set to 1-assigned and not 3-VMS cover in program #206. In #208 there should be no data entered for the line if its not set up as a private line.
Testimonial: "Thanks, it was #206 and is now working"

You are going to need to get into programming.
#206 group 7, line 01, change from "3" to 2 assigned
You need to do that for all lines. That will make it go to the Auto attendant instead of the mailbox.
