My emachine desktop is not compatible with any lcd monitor

You can buy a converter like HDMI/VGA converter, VGA port is supported by almost all desktop. So check the manual and see what is the port specification of your LCD monitor and use a converter from any computer store or Ebay.

Frequency out of range

the monitors resolution range is only to 1280X740 or 780
and your video card may also need an upgrade.
The game may require a higher resolution that is not compatible with the the devices mentioned.

My Sister has a dell monitor and a emachines tower, She cant get the monitor to turn on. is it compatible? Or is there something else she should try cause she has it hooked up right.

They are compatible, make sure your connectors are right... If the emachine is using a graphics card, make sure it is hooked up to the greaphics card not the motherboard but if you do have it hooked up to the graphics card, then try the motherboard's video output.
