Cannot find lint filter in washing machine. Is there one?

Is there a lint filter in an Admiral washing machine? Model AAV7000AWW. If so, where is it? Thanks, Judy

I called Home Depot where I purchased the washing machine and they told me newer washers do not have filters any longer.

Chattering could be a shaft bearing and if it got bad enough could have damaged the tub seal and makes it leak. attached is a price on parts if your interested
