No unfortunatly it doesn't, it has a propriatory operating system. For a list of compatible LG phones here is a good list. Im not sure on how many LG phones are running on the Windows Phone OS. They dont have a LG list but still ok information

Dont know how to operate
You will need to install drivers on your computer which you can get from the Hewlett Packard website. The website also has manuals which will enable you to setup your printer and how to use it.

I do not know my product code number which is being requested to access windows system. I have a compaq SR5320AN Pro. GX 729AA ABG S/N CNX 75022PK Can you advise a number for me to complete?
Unfortunately That Would Be A Violation of Microsoft's EULA , If You bought the computer new can you see a sticker with the serial number printed on it , its usually located on the sides or the back of the computer , or if you purchased the software look on the cd case or within the operating manual.

But Giving out Serial Numbers Is A Breach of Microsoft's EULA and furthermore it's considered piracy by law.
