actually I prefer my Bunn coffee maker . with practice you can make small brews and ground coffee is less expensive than pods .of which I have tasted many and like none of them

To solve you oregne light problem you must do this press power bottom for few seconds to make it flashing Orange this means that the machine is now in descaleing mode then do the descaleing product be sure you use dolce gusto descaleing only after you done reset power bottom this should solve the problem.that was a working for descaleing

I had the same exact problem and my machine started to smell even though I descaled it regularly and cleaned any of the milk that dripped out of the capsule. Finally, we took apart the whole machine and found a TON of dried, rotten milk. It was disgusting. We completely cleaned the accessible part of the machine with a vinegar solution and put it back together. I was hoping that we fixed whatever was causing the leaking, but no such luck. It is still leaking and still smells bad, so we are going to get a different kind of machine. I will not be getting a Dolce Gusto again, because I have called their customer service multiple times about this problem, and none of them ever had a solution. The whole milk thing grosses me out, I think I'll just get a single serve coffee machine and foam the milk myself.

We have had this problem twice now. The solution is to drill (yes drill!) through the capsule - a blocked outlet from the capsule itself and the injection of hot water creates a high pressure seal - you have to release the pressure. Do this over the sink - I had hot chocolate spraying about 6 feet from the machine when the pressure was released!! But this solved the problem.

Got the same problem - and im addicted to lungo, I heard you can buy cleaning pods to clean the inside - try checking google !!
