Get a plastic tube (3/8 PVC will work) and use it as a mould. Pump it full of black RTV silicone. Fixed!

I have two older Motorola Walkies Talkabout FR60 wont send or receive and a T5820 with the rubber broken off the antenna is is cost feasible to fix or not

I believe for the FR60 walkie-talkies, if they are not sending or receiving, the issue could be related to the antenna, battery, or internal components. You can try replacing the batteries and/or antennas to see if that resolves the issue.

As for the T5820 walkie-talkie, if the rubber on the antenna is broken, it's likely that the antenna itself is also damaged. In this case, you can try replacing the antenna with a new one. Antennas are typically available for purchase online or at electronics stores.
In terms of cost, repairing older walkie-talkies like these may not always be cost-effective. If the repairs are extensive or require replacement of major components, it may be more practical to purchase new walkie-talkies instead.
Below are options of the options of walkie-talkies you can buy;

How to replace damaged antenna on the MR355R HT radio?

A replacement antenna is not available from Motorola for this model. The MR355R has a fixed antenna, and was not made to be removable. This being said, it is possible you could find a for parts only radio on ebay and disassemble it to remove the antenna for yours. Parts and schematics were never made available for the TalkAbout line of radios other than the TalkAbout Distance and Distance DPS.
Best regards.

Rubber antenna has become old and cracked and fell off almost both of my 250's exposing the coil wire antenna underneath. How to repair or buy another?

Many operators just wrap the coil with electrical tape. The antennas are considered to be non-replaceable, so they are not offered as repair parts. And if they were offered, they would probably cost more than new radios would.
