Don't really understand what you mean by roof top duct unit .if it's a roof top unit and water is leaking down your vent then you have a clogged drain line .

SOURCE: RV Rooftop AC Unit

Sounds to me like your fan is hitting something
Remove the cover and turn the fan by hand ( with the power off ! ) See what it is hitting

SOURCE: AC compressor hums for a few secs then cycles off for few secs

Inspect all electrical wires and connections and correct any areas that appear damaged or overheated or loose (connections). There is a capacitor which is a round or oval component in series with the contactor and the compressor. Thoroughly mark all connections and remove the component. Take it to you local RV air conditioning repair shop and have them test it. If it is faulty, they will provide you with a replacement part. If it is not faulty and all wiring is okay, your compressor is locked up and will need to be serviced by a professional air conditioning technician.
Try the wires and the capacitor first.
I hope you find this information to be very helpful to you as a good, solid jumping off point moving forward.

Portable ac Danby Premiere DPA110CB5BP spitting water while it fans.

If you are referring to the unit doing this on the outside of the structure, this is normal. the "Hamster Wheel" is designed to carry a small amount of water and create a light amount of water to go onto the condenser to help with the evaporation and cooling process. If this is on the inside of the structure, the unit may not be level or another issue causing improper drainage.

When water runs off the condenser, is there a path it follows to the back of the unit that cold become blocked?

ac units are designed with a small trough at the back of the unit under the evaporator fins
this trough drains out a small hose to outside the building
It can become obstructed by gunk from the inside of the house ( same gunk that blocks the air filters) or the hose attached to the drain outlet can become blocked
check for a mud wasp nest in the drain hole as well

We have the Penguin 630515 with the heat pump ..we get a strong musty odor when we use the heat pump or the AC... we have sprayed Lysol into all the duct work and still have it. We have had the roof...

There is a condensate tray under the coil. There should also be a drain hose or port that could be clogged. Take off top of AC unit and pour a 10% solution of bleach and water over coil, follow flow of water to drain and make sure it is working. Pour a very small amount first otherwise you will have water everywhere.

Drain for a colelam rv air conditioer

It is entirely possible that a five minute test would not produce any noticeable amount of water. Turn off everything in the house that is using electricity and your 20 AMP service will be sufficient to run your AC.

RV Dometic AC Comfort Control Double EE Problem

I have a dometic duo-therm. The unit works great and fan blows strong and both high and low work., but air is coming out of the ceiling unit rather than the duct work. The bedroom unit works OK, but the air is strong out of one duct, and not much comes out of the others. The front unit only has air coming out on the A/C unit and none out of the ducts.

Hunter humidifer

I dont know why your humidifier is spitting water out.

But it sounds like you need to clean the unit and install a new filter. Once the filter becomes used, the humidifier won't work as well. Less water will be used because the clogged filter can't hold as much. Once you replace the filter, your water consumption should go back up and you should feel a difference in your home again.

Good Luck.
