I know my user name but i forgot my pass word and it takes and saids that my email is wrong

I guess your email address is the correct one and actually YOU are wrong about your address. You forgot your user name and sadly, no way to recover an email if you have wrong your user-name.
Create a new account and this time take a good note about your data: username and pasword. Open a secondary email and follow security procedures to help you to recover your email in the future in case of any problem.

Sorry, I do not know how to fix your problem. Perhaps if you enter your user name and password again, but then it may still may say orphan. I have never heard of this before. I do not think I can help.

All sites that require a user log in have an app for users who forget their user name and/or password. Go to where you log in to Yahoo. Look for a link for "forgot my password" on the log in page (you MAY have to submuit a wrong log in attempt to get that link). Click on it and it will take you to a page where you fill in your email and possibly answer some questions that you would know the answer to. They will send you an email with either your password, a temporary password, or a link to reset your password. If you cannot use this, for example if you use Yahoo mail and need the password just to get your emails, call Yahoo customer servoce, at 1 (855) 317 0671.

when you sign in with your id user name look for a place toward the bottom of the menu that says something like this
can't access my account & click on it & follow the prompts

go to facebook use the forgot password link just below the password tab. . u will easily be able to reset ur password, u just need to enter ur email address where they tell u to enter and then u will recive a mail with a link. clicking on it will take u to a facebook page. . enter the new pass word there and u are done. . .

go forgot password option then u asking for ur user name. put ur user name then follow the instruction to retrieve password.
