Fuser is worn, even if % says still has life, but if less than 40% say, then fuser could be slipping.
next with the lid up and fuser removed, look to the left of where the fuser sits in the centre between the exit rollers, there is a little black lever pointing up about 1/4 inch. if it's not there, it's broken off, usually from pulling back a papr jam in the wrong direction (enmvelopes can snag on tghis if pulled back in opposite direction of feed...if you can find the broken bit, it can be superglued back in place very carefully, esle yu need to get a a techie in to replace.

who do use paper ? this paper is very glose papre ? if yes,
when one by one give up and second time
the paper is regulary use the friently paper and out of air in paper
and put the paper trey and use regulary ok.
Have you tried the manual feed tray? Which way is the letter size paper being feed in? LTR or LTR-R. You may have a reg. clutch that is slipping. I would also look to see if you have any paper jamed behind the paper tray and make sure the paper trat is displaying that ltter paper is in the papre tray the same way as displayed. Good Luck
