yes it does , if you are viewing the TV from the rear it is located in the back on the lower right , on the right side of the RCA's . here is a link to give you a visual , just wait for the manual to pop up .

In most of the case, the problem is defective LED back lights strips.

You may try a new power supply first.

Proscan 39 inch led tv lost the picture

If only the picture is out, and audio is normal, the fault is with its back-light inverter board. If both picture and sound is absent, and the standby light is ON, the fault is with its main board. If set is fully dead; even there is no standby light at all; the fault is with its main power regulator [SMPS] board. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Proscan 40" LED tv. Picture is flickering between fully bright and faded looking. Sound is fine. Could it be a bulb and is it worth fixing? TV is 14 months old.

Check the DC output voltages output from the main power regulator board [SMPS]. If it is abnormal, flickering can occur.

My Proscan led TV (PLDED3273A) is switching color from red, blue, green, white, and black.

Just do a hard reset to this set and check. To make it a hard reset, unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If this do not help you, the main board to your TV is faulty. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

My Proscan led TV (PLDED3273A) is switching color from red, blue, green, white, and black.

hi first you will need the proper remote control once you have this press the menu button on the remote, retune the tv hope it helps
