Hi. MS Excel is for spreadsheet. Very useful when creating accounting documents. MS Access is for database. Very useful when collecting data.

Howdy, that program mostly shipped on new PCs a number of years ago. I am not aware of ever seeing it anywhere else. Sorry:(

I don't think you can get any free MSOffice Excel. you can get a reader, but not anything you can use to create spreadsheets, etc. without purchase.

I would recommend trying OpenOffice.org and using that freeware. Works just as good, and opens most Microsoft office extensions.

You need to buy a legitimate copy of Microsoft Office. Just obtaining a CD will do you no good if you don't have a license key. That's the whole idea of a free trial. If you like it, buy it.

Try clicking the down arrow beside the autosum button in your Excel Standard toolbar. Then click More FUNCTIONS. An Insert Function dialog box appears. There use can explore all MS Excel functions.
