Our company purchased two corded and two cordless phones from Steve & Berry's department store when they were going out of business. What we can't figure out is how to change the time on it or to get caller ID.
If you can't fix this problem is there anyway we can buy more corded phones??
Caller id would have to be truned on, in system programming, as long as the caller id card is installed. If it works for the corded phones and not the cordless phones than, the analog caller id feature needs to be programmed. check out ldtsnj.com

The common thing on this style of phone is the silver ribbon cable that connects the display to the main circuit board comes loose after being dropped or knocked around and needs to be reinserted. You will need to open up the phone to do this. If this is not the solution then you will either need to purchase a used phone, send it in for repair or use another phone to take parts from.
