This error means that there is a Memory Error, and is caused by wrongly grounding the machine. If the problem is not grounding, you'll need to get some parts replacements, and you should book a in site thecnical visit.
Hi anonymous,
Sorry for my late reply.
Not quite sure what you want, developer motor failures are not easy to sort out even for the experienced engineers.
You really need the local Xerox engineer who will fix the problem for you. They can be a real strip down job so trying to repair this problem your self could only spell disaster.
if you don't have a contract for your machine then it might be very costly. Your problem might centre upon the actual developer tank in which case removal and fit a new one is best. Trying to repair the tank could prove even more cost if something crops up at a later date.:(
Good luck.

merci d'avoir choisir Fixya.
That is a problem with the pre heater.
The machine is not detecting any power draw from it.
I would suspect the machine pre heater.
The electronics module is the second option.
The print head is another. But I honestly don't see why they list it as an issue since the pre
heater is not a part of the print head.
Toner gets in the developing assembly toner sensor (TS1) and may be shorting out the sensor. Blow out any toner in the sensor wiring and check to see if measure resolved the symptom. The toner level sensor has an open-circuit, replace the toner sensor. Toner Sensor FK2-0358
